Delegates in the Jr. Teen, Teen must be single with no children. Delegates in the Miss, Ms., Classic Ms, Lady may be single, married, divorced or widowed.
Delegates may not currently hold any national titles at the time of competiton. Delegates are allowed to have local, state, and regional titles. All local, state, and regional titles must be disclosed at the time of applicaton. Delegates should be aware that if they win their respective divison, there is a 10 month no compete clause in the queen's contract. Delegate Selection
The US Sophisticate Pageant is an open national. Delegates may represent a city, state.or region All delegates are issued numbers for competition.
National Judging
Delegates will be judged individually in the following categories: 30% Casual Wear; 30% Fashion Wear 40% Evening Gown. THERE IS NO COMPARISION JUDGING.
Casual Wear is an outfit that you would wear to a picnic, football game or other casual outing. NO SWIMSUITS OR AEROBIC WEAR.
Fashion Wear is an outfit of your choice. This competition is designed to showcase your personal style. It may be pants, formal, cocktail, or sporty. The sky is the limit.

National Entry Fee
The national entry fee is $150.00. Fees may be paid by US Postal Money Order, All Money Orders MUST be US Postal Service Money Orders which can be purchased at your local post office. All US Postal Service Money Orders need to be made out to: Lauren Brantley. We accept Visa, Mastercard & Debit Cards for All Pageant Fees through Paypal.com. The e-mail address to use is: laurenbrantley@hotmail.com.
After applications have been received you will be notified by regular mail and e-mail of your acceptance. Within 30 days of receving your acceptance letter, a $50 deposit is due. included in the entry fee. It takes State/regional crowns may be ordered for an additional fee. Deposit will be deducted from the National Entry Fee.
Delegate names will not be posted on website, after the registration deadline. However, the name of the city, state, and region will be posted under the appropriate age division. Example: Ms. Windy City, Peachstate Lady

Tickets :
Everyone attending the pageant must have a ticket to enter.
This includes parents, and siblings of the contestants. Ticket prices are as follows:
Adults (12-and up) - Price includes program $10.00 (Adults only)
All Children - $5.00
Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door.
Advertising Rates:
Full Page $50.00
Half Page $25.00
Business Cards: $10.00
All advertisers will receive a copy of the program
All advertising must be in the pageant office by March 19, 2010
Fees for ads accepted in the form of a US Postal Money Order or via PayPal.

Photogenic
Optional Competitions are $30 each.
Photogenic Awards will be awarded to the contestant in EACH DIVISION THAT SIGNS UP and submits 1 photograph for this competition prior to the entry deadline. Additional picture may be submitted at a charge of $30 each.
Community Service Awards will be awarded to the contestant in EACH DIVISION THAT SIGNS UP and submits a separate community service resume prior to the entry deadline. Please call of informaton on submitting a scrapbook
Rules & Regulations
Delegates are responsible for their own transportation to and from the national pageant.
Delegates are responsible for their own accomodations at the national pageant.
Delegates will not hold the pageant or hotel liable for any illness or injury incurred while attending the national pageant or during her reign.
Delegate who choose to particapate in the US Sophisticate Pageant may not participate in the
International Sophisticate Pageant durng the same year.
All applicants must be a U. S. Citizen.
Refunds will not be given. Funds may be transfered to the next year's pageant.
Delegates will not hold the pageant or hotel liable for any illness or injury incurred while attending the national pageant or during her reign.
Any attempts to communicate with any or all judges before or during the pageant will result in immediate disqualification.
Failure to disclose current local, state, or regional titles will result in disqualification of delegate.
Applicant will allow the US Sophisticate Pageant to use photos for promotional purposes.
If there are not at least 3 delegates in a division, it will be up to the discretion of the pageant director to move delegates into another division.
